Firm Solutions Associates was formed in 1992 and specialises in the production, implementation and operation of easily understood Quality, Environmental and OHSAS Management Systems. Company Management Systems are written to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008, BS EN ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

As part of the inclusive service provided to our clients we produce Manuals, Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Documents and Training Programmes.

Your Management System can be paper based, electronic (held on your own network) or built directly with network tools such as MS Office Share point or Lotus Quickr.

In most cases the Management Systems we prepare will use your existing processes and documentation. If you already have a Management System that has fallen into disuse or failed an external Audit we offer a rescue service. If your existing Management System is too complex or does not accurately reflect your activities we can simplify your documentation and ensure it accurately describes your operations. Our IRCA Certified Lead Auditors carry out Management System Audits for clients and Certification Bodies. In addition, our Consultants advise in areas such as Waste Management, FSC and PEFC Certification, Pre-qualification Questionnaires, Contractors Health and Safety Schemes, COSHH Assessments and applications for submission to the Security Industry Authority for inclusion in the S.I.A. Approved Contractor Scheme.

We provide an additional service to security companies ensuring that the requirements of the relevant Security Codes of Practice are integrated into their Quality Management System.
We advise on active and passive fire protection, general auditing to industry standards and witness testing of product performance results.
